The more detail you give us upfront, the faster we can help. Please include:
- Your full name and the email address used for purchase
- Your order number or receipt
- The product name you're asking about
- A clear description of your issue or question
- Any screenshots or error messages if relevant
Emails that include all five points above are typically resolved in one reply. Emails missing key details may require follow-up, which slows things down for everyone.
