Welcome to Buildpreneur ("Buildpreneur", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing our website, creating an account, or purchasing any product or service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Eligibility

To purchase or use our products, you must meet all four of the following conditions:

1. Be at least 18 years of age, or have verifiable permission from a legal guardian
2. Have the legal authority to enter into binding agreements
3. Use our products only where permitted by applicable laws in your jurisdiction
4. Provide accurate and truthful information during checkout or account registration

3. Your Account

If you create an account with Buildpreneur, you are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activity occurring under your account — authorised or not
• Promptly notifying us of any unauthorised access or breach

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraud, abuse, chargebacks, or violations of these Terms — without prior notice.

4. Digital Products

Buildpreneur provides exclusively downloadable digital products. Our catalogue includes, but is not limited to:

• PLR Products — Private Label Rights content you can rebrand and sell
• MRR Products — Master Resell Rights content with resellable rights
• Faceless Content & Canva Templates
• AI Prompts & Notion Templates
• Shopify Themes & Digital Courses
• E-books & Business Resources
• Software Tools & Digital Bundles

5. Licence & Usage Rights

Your purchase grants you the licence described on the respective product page. The exact rights vary per product — refer to the sales page before purchasing.

What you may NOT do (unless explicitly permitted)

• Claim original authorship of assets created by Buildpreneur
• Redistribute products for free in a way that competes with or damages Buildpreneur
• Remove any copyright notices where applicable
• Resell Buildpreneur memberships or platform access as a product

6. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are displayed in the applicable currency shown during checkout
• Payments are processed securely through our authorised payment providers
• Applicable taxes may be added depending on your country or local regulations
• We do not store your payment card information

7. Delivery

Digital products are typically delivered immediately after successful payment via one or more of the following:

1. Download links — provided on the order confirmation page
2. Customer dashboard access — accessible via your account
3. Email confirmation — sent to your registered address

Temporary technical delays may occasionally occur. If you don't receive your files within 15 minutes, contact us at inquiry@buildpreneur.io with your order number.

8. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all purchases are generally final. Refund eligibility is governed by our separate Refund Policy.

9. Prohibited Activities

By using Buildpreneur, you agree not to engage in any of the following:

• Use our products for unlawful activities of any kind
• Distribute malware or malicious software through or alongside our products
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with our website or infrastructure
• Copy or scrape website content, product data, or assets without permission
• Share account access with unauthorised users
• Use purchased content to recreate or clone the Buildpreneur platform

10. Intellectual Property

The following assets remain the exclusive intellectual property of Buildpreneur and are protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws:

• The Buildpreneur brand name and all associated logos
• Website graphics, source code, and platform design
• Marketing materials and product organisation systems

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of Buildpreneur's intellectual property. Only the specific usage rights described with each purchased product are granted.

11. Third-Party Services

Some products may require or integrate with third-party software. These include but are not limited to:

• Canva — for template editing
• Shopify — for theme and store usage
• Notion — for template customisation
• Adobe Products — for asset editing
• ChatGPT & other AI platforms — for prompt usage

12. Disclaimer

All products are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no guarantees regarding:

• Income or revenue generated
• Business success or sustainability
• Sales performance or conversion rates
• Social media growth or engagement
• Marketing results or audience reach
• Compatibility with future software updates

Individual results depend entirely on your implementation, effort, and market conditions. We provide tools — what you build with them is up to you.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Buildpreneur shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our products or services.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Buildpreneur harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

1. Your misuse of our products or services
2. Your violation of these Terms
3. Your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights

15. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access without prior notice if we determine that you have:

• Violated any part of these Terms
• Engaged in fraudulent activity
• Abused our refund policies
• Conducted unauthorised redistribution of products
• Attempted to exploit or harm our platform or other customers

Previously downloaded products remain subject to the licence granted at the time of purchase. A terminated account does not nullify existing valid licences unless the termination was for licence abuse.

16. Changes to These Terms

• We may revise these Terms at any time
• Updated versions become effective immediately upon publication unless otherwise stated
• Your continued use of Buildpreneur after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms

17. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable to the legal entity operating Buildpreneur, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts where the operating entity is registered.

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
