Cancellations

• Cancellations are considered if the request is made within 30 days of placing the order.
• Requests may not be entertained if the merchant has already initiated the shipping process.

Refunds

• We offer refunds within the first 30 days of purchase.
• Once an approved refund request is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 5 days.
